Role #1 : Oracle HCM
Job Role: Oracle HCM Technical or Techno-Funtional Consultant
Experience: Minimum 2 to 8 years
Job Location: Ahmedabad /Pune / WFH(Work From Home)
Must have hands-on-experience in Oracle HCM Modules like Global HR/Payroll/ORC/OTL/Talent/Absence/Core HR(Functional knowledge in atleast two modules.)
Should have expertise in BI Publisher /OTBI Reports /Dashboards /Agents/HCM Extracts /application security
Good to have basic knowlede of Oracle Integration Cloud
Required skills
Must have experience in working on either EBS/Fusion projects.
Must have expertise in SQL/PLSQL
Must have expertise on Oracle Report Tool, Extract, OIC,Personalization & Custimization, data Migration & Cnversion Understanding Integration Understanding.
Must have strong debugging skills
Should be able to manage customer facing role,gather requirements and advise best solution to the business users
Experience in working on support / inplementation projects and with flexible availability as per client specific shift hours.
